Summer Special: May 1 – October 31: $1,575 USD per night – 5 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $2,200 USD per night $1,850 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 – January 9: $2,950 USD per night $2,500 USD per night – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$1,000 USD security deposit required
