Completed in 2021, Casa Abuelita is a fabulous new addition to San Pancho and the Las Olas beachfront gated community. In honor of the owners’ ancestry, each bedroom is individually named after each grandmother and the house name “abuelita” in Spanish is an endearing term for “little grandmother”. The two story three bedroom/three and a half bathroom home encompasses a well equipped kitchen, dining area for up to ten, comfy indoor and outdoor living areas, both with flat screen televisions and a spacious pool terrace with fire pit and gas BBQ. Each en-suite bedroom hosts a king bed.
This property consists of three separate houses, well-spaced apart that can be rented together or separately. Enjoy the surrounding gated, beachfront community with private, well-manicured grounds to meander through. Bring the provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach, just a two-minute walk away. Take a five-minute stroll to the town center by beach or road. The close proximity to the beach, combined with the spacious and lovely accommodations and the finely manicured gardens provide an incomparable oasis of relaxation and enjoyment for all guests.

January 9 – April 30: $1,050 USD per night, $7,300 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
May 1 – October 31: $1,000 USD per night, $7,000 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $1,050 USD per night, $7,300 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 8: Available only as a six-bedroom, by including the casitas (we can rent them separately as we get closer to the date)
$500 USD refundable security deposit
