Casa Colibrí II is a magnificent, multi-level Spanish villa offering a feeling of seclusion, yet conveniently just a five-minute walk away from the town center and main San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit beach. This villa was designed and tastefully decorated with original art, fine furniture, quartz counter tops, marble flooring and Spanish tiles throughout.

Each of the two, deluxe bedrooms are equipped with remote-controlled air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms. The top floor, ocean view suite includes a king bed, cozy indoor seating area, desk and a covered private balcony with outdoor lounging area. An enormous double shower with a marble bench and ocean/jungle views completes this exceptional principal suite. The second bedroom, located to the south side of the pool, is a private, detached ocean view en suite bedroom with a king size bed and a covered balcony with outdoor seating. Both the principal and detached suites have exquisitely designed boveda (curved brick) ceilings with mood lighting and open air bathrooms that are filled with lush tropical plants.

The attractive interior decor features Mexican arched doorways, colorful tiled counters and sinks, lit marble wall niches, and marble floors throughout. All new appliances grace the kitchen along with quartz counter tops and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining room with boveda ceilings has an impressive glass table top with eight chairs creating a cozy space to dine with family and friends. The ocean view living room, that leads out to the pool terrace, is complete with a cozy furniture, flat screen TV and library.

The ocean view swimming pool terrace is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and runs the entire width of the villa. A palapa-covered sitting area with barbecue is available for outdoor dining and relaxing, where guests can enjoy their favorite drink and take in the spectacular and famous San Pancho sunsets.

Casa Colibrí’s unique location is remarkable in that one can take a five minute stroll to the beach or the heart of the quaint village of San Pancho. January 9 – April 15: $395 USD per night, $2,700 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
April 16 – October 31: $350 USD per night, $2,400 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $395 USD per night, $2,700 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 – January 8: Must be rented with the casita for holiday rentals.
