Casa el Izote is a three bedroom, two bathroom, two story home nestled in a quaint San Pancho residential neighborhood, surrounded by tropical palms, mango trees, avocado trees and of course, the Izote tree. The home was constructed in an elegant blend of traditional and southwest style with a lush garden off the private pool area and is only a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and activities San Pancho has to offer, including the beach and surf!

January 9 – April 30: $265 USD per night, $1,825 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – November 14: $225 USD per night, $1,550 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 15 – December 14: $265 USD per night, $1,825 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 – January 8: $320 USD per night, $2,200 USD per week – 7 night minimum required per holiday week
