Casa Escondida is one of San Pancho’s newest editions. Nestled in a lush tropical jungle oasis, the home sits just steps away from the main beach and is conveniently located near the town center of San Pancho. Upon entering the grounds, one is immediately encompassed with the teak wood deck and cozy outdoor furniture surrounding the inviting, heated swimming pool, all surrounded by the well-manicured gardens. Directly off the pool deck terrace lies the fully air-conditioned, open concept living area, dining room and kitchen. On either side of the pool, rests the air-conditioned, en-suite king bedrooms.
Casa Escondida is located in San Francisco, Riviera Nayarit, known to locals as San Pancho. Just a quick 50-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and a 20-minute north of Punta de Mita. The home is situated in the Las Olas beachside gated community with beach access, private access to a tennis court and 24/7 security. From the property, it’s just a quick walk to the beach and approximate five-minute walk to the center of San Pancho where one will find a wide variety of restaurants, mini markets, gift shops and parks.
Casa Escondida shares a lot with Casa Vista, another two en-suite bedroom home with a pool. These two homes can be rented together or separately.

January 6 – April 30: $725 USD per night, $5,000 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – October 31: $675 USD per night – 3 night minimum depending on the dates
November 1 – December 17: $725 USD per night, $5,000 USD per week – 3 to 5 night minimum depending on the dates
December 18 – January 5: $800 USD per night – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$800 USD security deposit required
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
