Casa Flor de la Vida is a picturesque four en-suite bedroom villa with two private, one bedroom casitas that coexist with nature, offering views of the Pacific Ocean while surrounded by beautiful gardens, iguanas and a vast variety of birds. Situated in the Las Olas Subdivision, a prestigious, gated, beach front community, Casa Flor de la Vida is less than a five minute walk to the main beach and a short, ten minute, casual walk to the quaint village of San Pancho. The villa and private detached casitas were constructed in 2010 with an open and modern style that encompasses the idea of maintaining privacy while being spacious enough for families and/or couples looking to vacation together.
The main, two story villa hosts a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for ten, living room and a den with a forty-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and bar. Both the living room and den open out to the grand, pool terrace with outdoor living room, marble table for eight, chaise lounges, two pool bathrooms with showers, a bar and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Each of the four en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms have spacious closets, large windows and sliding doors that open to private terraces with either ocean or mountain views.
The two private, detached casitas, Villa Papaya and Villa Granada are beautifully decorated, each with a queen size bed in a loft setting, a wooden closest, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. In between both casitas is a shared patio with a sitting area and covered BBQ.
The close proximity to the beach and the town center, coupled with its magnificent accommodations and the finely manicured gardens, provides an incomparable oasis of relaxation and enjoyment. Relax indoors or under the stars, gaze at the stunning, multi-colored sunsets and listen to the surf breaking just steps away. Casa Flor de la Vida provides everything you’ll need to ensure a premier, relaxing vacation in paradise!
This property consists of three separate units. The main house can be rented by itself without the two casitas as Casa Flor de la Vida.

*Easter, Semana Santa y Thanksgiving: $1,600 USD per night – 7 night minimum
*December 15 – January 8: $1,800 USD per night – 7 night minimum
An additional detached en-suite bedroom hosting two queen beds (4 guests maximum) may be added with Casa Flor de la Vida & Casitas for $100 USD per night
