Nestled in the botanical haven of Villa Tres Amores, Casa Julia is one of three cozy, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story homes, within an eight minute walk through the charming village of San Pancho to the much sought-after Riviera Nayarit beach. Casa Julia consists of 900 plus square feet of air conditioned living space (although the overhead fans are always available to move natural air during the winter when air conditioning is rarely needed). The ground level has an open-concept full kitchen and living area, with an adjacent bathroom that boasts a classically Mexican tiled sink and shower. Upstairs, the second floor hosts two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom contains both a queen bed and a bunk bed and the other bedroom a king. From this level an outdoor spiral staircase winds its way up to the private rooftop terrace with it’s heart expanding views of the surrounding neighborhood, countryside, sunrises and sunsets.
Casa Julia and the other two private homes are part of a compound, Villa Tres Amores, the concept behind the layout was to include areas grand enough to allow all of the guests to come together and smaller enclaves cozy enough to engage in those all-important intimate conversations and private moments. All of the homes share a luscious courtyard with pool, cascading fountain and outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ and a large dining table situated beneath a romantic vine trellis. Although, each home hosts a private rooftop terrace, there is another communal rooftop terrace complete with raspberry-colored bougainvillea overhead canopy.
The convenient location in the El Izote neighborhood provides easy walking access to the town center and the beach so that families and individuals have the ability to come and go as they please. Enjoy this quaint Riviera Nayarit Beach village of San Pancho with its unique shops and excellent, clean restaurants. Experience the variety of adventure tours available to you, or spend the day relaxing at the beach, swimming, surfing, or listening to the waves roll in and watching the pelicans swooping and diving for fish. But at the end of the day return home to Casa Julia at Villa Tres Amores to melt into the luscious garden sanctuary and the cool soothing waters of your pool.

January 9 – April 16: $195 USD per night, $1,350 USD per week – 5-7 night minimum depending on the week
April 17 – October 31: $165 USD per night, $1,100 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $175 USD per night, $1,200 USD per week – 5-7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 8: $235 USD per night, $1,600 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$300 USD refundable security deposit
