Casa Perlita (the little pearl home) is a jungle oasis, offering all of the modern comforts plus the beautiful touches of Mexican coastal living. The stand-alone, single level home hosting two en suite bedrooms and an open floor plan was designed to emphasize the absolute beauty of the land and surrounding environment. Casa Perlita is a rare “pearl”, being a quick walk to the town center and just a little further walk to the beach while providing a hidden sanctuary to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy your vacation.
As you enter the home through the garden patio terrace, the en suite king bedroom, with walk in outdoor shower, lies to the right. Continue straight ahead through the ceiling to floor glass doors leading to the open concept dining area, living area, kitchen and second bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom that also opens up to the common area of the home. The well-stocked kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need with a gas stove and dishwasher. The breezy living room opens up to the lush tropical back yard with a beautiful pool, hammock and breakfast nook.
An eight minute or less walk leads you to the town center of San Francisco, Nayarit, affectionately known as San Pancho. San Pancho is a truly authentic, quaint, low-key village situated on the Pacific Ocean, only 50 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. This gem of the Riviera Nayarit prides itself on great food, interesting people, community involvement and beachfront living. Here you will find a magnificent beach where you can watch the beautiful waves and have a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets, along with a wide array of restaurants, mini-groceries stores, gift shops and parks. The vibrant community center, Entreamigos, art and music scene in San Pancho add to the enchantment and culture of the town.

January 9 to April 30: $265 USD per night, $1,850 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 to November 14: $225 USD per night, $1,550 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 15 to December 14: $265 USD per night, $1,850 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 to January 8: $300 USD per night, $2,100 USD per week – 7 night minimum required per holiday week
$300 USD refundable security deposit
Optional Pool Heating: $25 USD per day, $175 USD per week, 86F/30C maximum
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
