Casa Playa, a recently completed, gorgeous beachfront villa, is located on the quiet end of San Pancho’s pristine beach, where the jungle meets the sea. This home will delight you with its magnificent Pacific Ocean views from every room. The oversized lot, with its lush tropical landscaping and stunning turquoise pool, includes a large covered palapa for enjoying the cool ocean breezes while relaxing pool side. There are two extra large covered terraces, with plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge on while reading or just enjoying the views.
Inside the villa, the large open living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining family and friends. A gourmet kitchen, with quartzite waterfall island, stainless appliances, including six burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and wine fridge, makes cooking a breeze. Thoughtfully chosen modern art and handsomely crafted furnishings and accessories all give a casual elegant feel to the home.
There are four beautifully decorated bedrooms, three with king beds, and a fourth that contains two queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and there are two additional bathrooms, a powder room near the living area and a pool bathroom to service the palapa and the pool.
Enjoy many hours lounging around the beachside pool and outdoor garden or chatting under the cool, palapa-covered sitting area, both surrounded by the lush, tropical foliage. The ten minute walk by beach or road or five minute drive to the enchanting village of San Pancho, brings you to a wide variety of gift shops, mini grocery stores, restaurants, parks and community centers.

January 9 – April 15: $1,800 USD per night, $12,500 USD per week- 5 to 7 night minimum*, depending on the week
April 16 – December 14: $1,650 USD per night, $11,500 USD per week – 5 night minimum*
December 15 – January 8: $1,950 USD per night, $13,550 USD per week – 7 night minimum per week
*Holiday weeks are subject to a 7 night minimum
