Steps lead from the private gated parking area to the entrance of the home with an open floor plan encompassing the living room, powder room, large dining table set for six, kitchen with breakfast bar island. Sliding glass doors lead to the spacious terrace with a table setting for two, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent San Pancho sunsets coloring the sky and/or overlook the local soccer games.
Steps below lead to the two en suite king bedrooms, one of which offers a large sliding glass door leading out to the ample terrace with with patio table for two. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning.
A quick few blocks leads to the town center of San Pancho a truly authentic, quaint, low-key village situated on the Pacific Ocean, only an hour drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. This gem of the Riviera Nayarit prides itself on great food, interesting people, community involvement and beachfront living. Here you will find a magnificent beach where you can watch the beautiful waves and have a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets, along with a wide array of restaurants, mini-groceries stores, gift shops and parks. January 9 to April 30: $195 USD per night, $1,300 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
SUMMER SPECIAL! May 1 – October 31: $150 USD per night, $1,200 USD per week, $2,500 USD per month – 3 night minimum stay
November 1 to November 14: $175 USD per night, $1,200 USD per week – 3 night minimum stay
November 15 to December 14: 195 USD per night, $1,300 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 to January 8: $245 USD per night, $1,650 USD per week – 7 night minimum required per holiday week
$300 USD refundable security deposit required
