Casa Puesta del Sol (The Sunset House) is a delightful two-story home well known for its sunset terrace and charming Mexican decor. Its hilltop location offers spectacular views of the crystal clear Pacific Ocean. The entry level hosts a full kitchen, dining area, powder room and living room with glass doors opening up to the expansive terrace. The terrace offers an outdoor bar with barbecue, a table for four and several lounge chairs where one can relax while watching the ocean waves fall on the beach below.
The downstairs level consists of two bedrooms: one king en suite and one with two single beds (which can be converted into a king). Each bedroom has a private bath, air-conditioning and sliding doors opening out to yet another terrace with spectacular ocean views. From there, steps lead down to the ocean view pool surrounded by a grassy area with umbrellas and lounge chairs.
Casa Puesta del Sol is just steps down the hill to the beach and a short 5+/- minute drive to the San Pancho pueblo, where you will find a variety of fine restaurants, mini grocery stores, and local artisan gift shops.

January 9 – April 30: $350 USD per night, $2,400 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – October 31: $295 USD per night, $2,000 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $325 USD per night, $2,200 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 – January 8: $420 USD per night, $2,900 USD per week – 7 night minimum
$500 USD security deposit required
