While the casa sits nestled on a hill, hidden in the private, residential area of Costa Azul, it’s only a five minute walk from the colorful village of San Pancho and a three minute walk to stunning Riviera Nayarit beach.
When you arrive at Casa Vista del Mar you are immediately taken by the lush landscaping that encircles the entire property. From the carports, stairs lead you to the main entrance of the home. The entire home is on the same level, including the outdoor pool terrace. The center of this home includes a large great room encompassing the kitchen and a large dining/living area. This entire area is enclosed with screened windows and sliding glass doors, surrounded by a wrap around, ocean view terrace that leads you to the large pool patio with wet bar. Each en-suite bedroom is located on opposite ends of this grand living area, offering the utmost privacy. The outdoor pool patio with bar, barbecue, lounge chairs and umbrellas all provide the perfect place to relax while listening to the tropical birds, lounging in the sun and watching the famous San Pancho sunsets!

December 15 – January 10: $425 USD per night, $2,950 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
Monthly rate: $6,000 USD per month
