Casa Vista is one of San Pancho’s newest editions, hosting expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and lush tropical jungle, while just steps to the beach and conveniently located near the town center. Upon entering the grounds, one is immediately encompassed in the well-manicured gardens. The private parking leads to the entrance level with a fully air conditioned, open concept living area, dining room and kitchen, all of which lead out the ocean view terrace with heated swimming pool. On either side of the pool, steps lead to the air-conditioned, en-suite king bedrooms.
Casa Vista is located in San Francisco, Riviera Nayarit, known to locals as San Pancho. Just a quick 50-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and a 20-minute north of Punta de Mita. The home is situated in the Las Olas beachside gated community with beach access, private access to a tennis court and 24/7 security. From the property, it’s just a quick walk to the beach and approximate five-minute walk to the center of San Pancho where one will find a wide variety of restaurants, mini markets, gift shops and parks.
Casa Vista shares a lot with Casa Escondida, another two en-suite bedroom home with a pool. These two homes can be rented together or separately.

January 6 – April 30: $775 USD per night, $5,350 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – October 31: $700 USD per night – 3 night minimum depending on the dates
November 1 – December 17: $775 USD per night, $5,350 USD per week – 3 to 5 night minimum depending on the dates
December 18 – January 5: $900 USD per night – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$800 USD security deposit required
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
