Completed in 2021, Casita Dos is a fabulous new addition to San Pancho and the Las Olas beachfront gated community. Casita Dos is a circular casita divided by a separation wall, creating two half-circle, en-suite bedrooms, each with a loft.
Casita Dos is a single level, two bedroom/two bathroom casita with palapa (palm thatched) roof, that is part of a multi home property. Casita Dos and the neighboring Casita Uno each have their own separate and outdoor kitchenettes with mini fridge and stove top, along with outdoor dining area and gas BBQ area. The bedrooms are enclosed with outdoor showers. Casita Dos and Casita Uno both share a relaxing pool terrace.
Enjoy the surrounding gated, beachfront community with private, well-manicured grounds to meander through. Bring the provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach, just a two-minute walk away. Take a five-minute stroll to the town center by beach or road. The close proximity to the beach, combined with the spacious and lovely accommodations and the finely manicured gardens provide an incomparable oasis of relaxation and enjoyment for all guests.

January 9 – April 30: $300 USD per night, $2,050 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
May 1 – October 31: $225 USD per night, $1,500 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $300 USD per night, $2,050 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 8: Available only as a six-bedroom, by including the main house and casita (we can rent them separately as we get closer to the date)
