Casita la Vista is a colorful Mexican casita nestled in a residential hillside, overlooking the picturesque Riviera Nayarit Coast in San Pancho. Casita la Vista’s open and airy feel, captures the light breeze that rises from the Pacific Ocean. This casita is unique in that it offers a wide variety of sleeping arrangements that can accommodate almost any small group or family.
The casita is situated below a private residence and has access from the street while hosting two, en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom is air conditioned with ceiling fans and encompasses two king beds. Below the bedrooms is an outdoor, ocean view kitchen with outdoor dining and poolside lounges.
Relax indoors or under the stars, gaze at the stunning, multi-colored sunsets and listen to the surf breaking as you are lulled to sleep. Casita la Vista provides everything you’ll need to ensure an extraordinary vacation in paradise!

January 10 – April 30: $225 USD per night, $1,550 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
May 1 – October 31: $195 USD per night, $1,300 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $225 USD per night, $1,550 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 9: $275 USD per night, $1,900 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
