Completed in 2021, Casita Uno is a fabulous new addition to San Pancho and the Las Olas beachfront gated community. Casita Uno hosts a total of one bedrooms/one bathroom with loft that can sleep an additional two guests.
Casita Uno is a single level, one bedroom/one bathroom casita with palapa (palm thatched) roof, that is part of a multi home property. Casita Uno and the neighboring Casita Dos each have their own separate and private outdoor kitchenettes with mini fridge and stove top, along with outdoor dining area and gas BBQ area. The bedrooms are enclosed with outdoor showers. Casita Uno and Casita Dos both share a relaxing pool terrace.
Enjoy the surrounding gated, beachfront community with private, well-manicured grounds to meander through. Bring the provided beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach, just a two-minute walk away. Take a five-minute stroll to the town center by beach or road. The close proximity to the beach, combined with the spacious and lovely accommodations and the finely manicured gardens provide an incomparable oasis of relaxation and enjoyment for all guests.

January 9 – April 30: $200 USD per night, $1,350 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
May 1 – October 31: $165 USD per night, $1,100 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $200 USD per night, $1,350 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 8: Available only as a six-bedroom, by including the main house and casita. (we can break them off as we get closer to the date)
$300 USD refundable security deposit
