Completed in 2021, the entire villa was designed with luxurious details, plush furnishings, spectacular artwork and encompasses three en suite bedrooms, a lap pool, game room and media room.
As you enter the multi-level villa, you are immediately surrounded by breathtaking architecture, décor and curated gardens, while being embraced by the impressive Pacific Ocean views and breeze. The spacious design provides ample common areas for everyone to gather as well as those that provide complete privacy.
At Haika one can enjoy privacy while listening to the surf and/or watching the incredible, year-round sunsets from the pool terraces. Steps down, the winding hillside driveway, lead you to the unspoiled Riviera Nayarit beach and the luxurious Beach Club with dining, spa treatments and a considerably sized, beachside swimming pool. Another short walk and/or drive leads you to the lively yet quaint beach town, San Francisco, affectionately known to locals as San Pancho. This enchanting, Mexican coastal town is a popular destination for travelers looking to enjoy the incredible warm weather while experiencing a wide variety of activities, parks, restaurants, gift shops and services. San Pancho may feel off the beaten path but it’s just a quick, 45-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
Haika shares property with another home, Juanita which may be occupied by other guests or owners during your stay. The entire five-bedroom property is available to rent as Villa Higuera. The two-bedroom, Juanita is available to rent separately.

January 10 – April 30: $1,950 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – October 31: $1,850 USD per night – 5 night minimum
November 1 – December 16: $1,950 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 17 – January 9: $2,350 USD per night – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$2,000 USD security deposit required
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
