La Casa Ortalis & Casita is a picturesque and unique villa located behind a private, gated driveway on the north-end bluff over looking the San Pancho beach. Upon entering the main home on the second level, one will be encompassed in the open air palapa covered living room and dining area, all leading out to the infinity pool terrace. Throughout the entire level you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and beach below!
The entrance level also consists of a fully enclosed kitchen and an enclosed den with two single beds that includes additional sleeping options and full bathroom. On the far west end sits the incredible master king, en-suite bedroom with an ocean view terrace and views that make one feel as though they are floating on the ocean. On the far east end is the guest, en-suite king bedroom with a jungle and ocean view terrace. Stairs lead down below to the en-suite queen bedroom with a private jungle terrace. All bedrooms host A/C, an elegant open air shower, full bathroom and ceiling fans.
Behind the home, a stone pathway leads you to the most recent edition, an incredible, ocean view, two-story detached casita hosting an en-suite king bedroom below with an open air palapa resting area up top.
La Casa Ortalis & Casita is nestled on a bluff directly over the Pacific Ocean on the edge of the tropical forest providing every view with a scene of life and beauty. The seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces allows you to fully embrace the warmth and beauty of this very special location!
This home is also available to rent as a three bedroom home without the casita as La Casa Ortalis.

Until confirmed, rates and nightly minimums are subject to change without notice.
January 9 – April 30: $800 USD per night, $5,500 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – November 14: $625 USD per night, $4,300 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 15 – December 14: $800 USD per night, $5,500 USD per week – 5 night minimum
December 15 – January 8: $965 USD per night, $6,650 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
Pool heating optional: $30 USD per day or $200 USD per week
Use the den as an additional bedroom: $300 USD per week
$500 USD security deposit required
