Romero Family House is one of the original villas built right on the San Pancho beach in the prestigious residential area of Costa Azul. This spacious villa sits upon a very large, nicely landscaped, beachfront lot. The Romero Family House’s charming Mexican style kitchen is ample and has everything you need to cook a scrumptious meal, or a private chef can be arranged to cook for you. Enjoy your meals or morning coffee in the glass enclosed den, open area kitchen, or the tiled outdoor terrace.
The house has six rooms available. Three rooms with two double beds each, two rooms with a King beds and another room with two bunk beds and one single bed.
Just a few steps outside the kitchen leads you to a private palapa-covered barbecue area. This tropical garden is a very special place for families and friends to hang out and watch the spectacular San Pancho sunsets. Take a five minute walk along the beach north to the Costa Azul Adventure Hotel, or to Mar Plata for cocktails and dinner. Or take a fifteen minute walk south to the pueblo of San Pancho, where you will find wonderful restaurants and colorful gift shops—a great place to meet the warm, friendly locals and really experience the charm of San Pancho. The Romero Family House is the perfect venue for family reunions, retreats or weddings.
