Upon entering, one encounters a cascading water pathway that leads throughout the two-story villa. The entry level hosts the en suite, garden king bedroom, media room with full bathroom, sunken, outdoor gas fire pit, formal living/dining room with bar, two full kitchens, powder room and the grand pool terrace with a gas grill and outdoor living space. Stairs lead to the second level hosting four en suite king bedrooms (three of which are oceanfront), breakfast bar with mini fridge and a private gym.
The Beach House is located in Las Olas, the only beachfront, luxury-residential gated community that includes 24/7 security and a private Tennis Court in the sought after, Riviera Nayarit Coast in the town of San Francisco. This lively, little beach town, affectionately known to locals as San Pancho is a popular destination for travelers looking to enjoy the incredible warm weather while experiencing an enchanting, Mexican coastal town with a wide variety of restaurants, gift shops, services, activities and parks. San Pancho is off the beaten path but is just a quick, 50-minute drive north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, 10-minute drive north from Sayulita and 20-minute drive from Punta de Mita.

January 9 – December 17: $2,350 USD per night* – 3 to 7 night minimum stay depending on the week
December 18 – January 8: All 5 bedrooms must be rented – The Beach House
$3,500 USD security deposit required
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations

When reserving 3 bedrooms, guests will be able to choose which bedrooms they prefer upon arrival, the other 2 en suite bedrooms will remain closed during the guests reservation.
