The highly desirable Tierra Tropical Beach Club is just steps away and a quick 10 minute or less walk gets you to the town center by beach or traditional cobblestone road.
The entrance level encompasses a full kitchen, powder room, laundry room and an open floor dining/living room with large bi-folding doors leading to the outdoor terrace. Relax while sipping a cold beverage on the outdoor terrace, while listening to the birds sing along with the soothing waves of the Pacific Ocean and/or enjoying the breathtaking San Pancho sunsets through the trees. The level below hosts three bedrooms with comfy queen beds and two bathrooms. May 1 – October 31: $195 USD per night – 3 night minimum stay
November 1 – December 17: $265 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum stay depending on the dates
December 18 – January 8: $350 USD per night – 7 night minimum stay per holiday week
