January 10 – April 30: $2,500 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
May 1 – October 31: $2,400 USD per night – 5 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $2,500 USD per night – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the dates
December 15 – January 9: $3,100 USD per night – 7 night minimum per holiday week
$2,000 USD security deposit required
Additional 16% IVA tax will be added to all reservations
