Villa Tres Amores is your own botanical mini resort with a beautiful pool, cascading fountain, privately walled courtyard and three cozy casas, creating a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms. An eight-minute walk through the charming and colorful town of San Pancho leads you to the tranquil beauty of the much sought-after Riviera Nayarit beach.
This astonishing oasis is spacious enough for several families, friends, or even a group on a yoga retreat to vacation together while still allowing individuals to find smaller enclaves where they can engage in private moments and intimate conversations. The unique complex boasts an ample pool terrace plus a grand central courtyard with a full communal outdoor kitchen, BBQ, wet bar and a large dining table, all situated beneath a romantic vine trellis. Meanwhile, the multiple rooftop terraces (both shared and private) provide a perfect spot for cocktail hour, sipping your morning coffee, or for watching the famous San Pancho sunset. Profuse raspberry colored Bougainvillea greet you at the front door and shade you on the rooftop terrace, while an amazing variety of potted palms and flora throughout the property keep you cool and refreshed.
The three comfortable casas are equipped with everything you need to make yourself right at home. Casa Siggy, Sarah and Julia each consist of 800+ square feet of fully air-conditioned living space encompassing two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The houses are fairly identical in build with individualized furnishing and decor. They feel larger than their measurements would suggest. The first floor in each casa has an open concept, full kitchen and living area, and the adjacent bathrooms each sport a classically Mexican tiled sink and shower. Upstairs, Casa Julia can sleep up to five guests with two bedrooms: one king and one bedroom with a Queen bed and bunk bed. These share a full bathroom. Casa Siggy sleeps four guests hosting an en suite king bed and a double bedroom. In Casa Sarah there is potential for five guests with an en-suite king bedroom and one bedroom with a one full and one single bed.
The convenient location in the El Izote neighborhood provides easy access to the town center and beach so families and larger groups travelling together have the freedom to come and go as they please. Enjoy the quaint, Riviera Nayarit, Beach village of San Pancho with it’s local small town charm, unique gift shops and excellent restaurants. Experience the variety of adventure tours available or spend a day relaxing on the beach. At the end of the day, retreat home with your group to Villa Tres Amores and your personal, poolside, garden sanctuary.

April 17 – October 31: $495 USD per night, $3,400 USD per week – 3 night minimum
November 1 – December 14: $525 USD per night, $3,600 USD per week – 5 – 7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 8: $700 USD per night, $4,900 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week
